Kathi McLean

Originally from Iowa and Minnesota, Kathi has been a committed Californian for over 35 years and loves the beauty, excitement, and diversity that are California. Prior to becoming a real estate broker, Kathi’s career path included secondary education as a teacher, as national director of language company that specialized in language training for individuals, corporations and government agencies, and as founder/ owner of a translation service specializing in government contracts.

Kathi’s focus is management and strategic planning for the group. Major emphasis is listing property, working with Sellers and referral clients, and negotiating contracts. Her goal is to ensure that the synergy of the team remains cohesive, efficient, exciting and fun.


Bob McLean

Originally from Minnesota, Bob has been a southern Californian since childhood and loves being a part of the communities where he works and networks extensively with people. After a long career in advertising and marketing for national and international publications like Scientific American and Business Week, Bob entered the real estate profession and brings to the team a strong marketing background along with a network of business relationships.

Bob’s focus is client contact with Sellers and Buyers and developing the marketing plan for each listing or project. His goal is to communicate with clients on a regular basis and to make sure that the team is always current with market knowledge. Bob sets the comfortable tone for the team in the way he is able to interact easily clients and peers alike.



Cris McLean

This California-born McLean was raised in the Conejo Valley communities of Westlake Village, North Ranch, and Lake Sherwood, so it was a natural that he would join the family real estate team in business in an area he well knows. Currently a resident of L.A’s westside, Cris can bring to the team business opportunities from those markets as well.

With a natural inclination for numbers, Cris’ focus is on the investor client and the first-time buyer, who want to take great advantage of the current, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to grow their real estate portfolio. Cris is a Certified Investor Agent Specialist (CIAS) designee, which puts him at the forefront of the industry.

His technological skills and internet savvy make him an incredible asset to the team and to like-minded buyers and sellers today.



Tamra Lee

Tamra is the Team and Transaction Manager for the McLean Team. With a background in real estate sales and management, Tamra’s goal is to ensure that each client has a “seamless transaction”. To that end, Tamra implements the systems and proactive action plans that manage every contractual detail, deadline, and contingency.

Tamra handles all administrative responsibilities in marketing listings, monitoring sales and escrows and all operations aspects of team business.
